Terms of use
Last updated: 4 October 2026
MyPadi lets you buy airtime, data, electricity tokens, TV subscriptions, internet bundles and exam pins by chatting. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for purchases made from your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it.
How a purchase works
MyPadi shows you the service, the number or meter, and the price. Nothing is charged until you confirm. You pay through Paystack. After your payment is confirmed, MyPadi asks our supplier to deliver it. You see the result in the chat and on your receipt.
Check before you confirm
Airtime, data, tokens and pins go to the number, meter, smartcard or account you give us. If you enter the wrong one, the purchase usually cannot be reversed. For meters, smartcards and JAMB profiles we show the account holder's name partly hidden, so please check it.
Prices and availability
Prices come from our supplier and can change. The price shown when you confirm is the price you pay. A service can be unavailable at times, for example when a network or electricity company is down.
Repeat payments
Scheduled airtime and data purchases charge the card you saved when you set them up. You can pause or cancel a schedule at any time in the app, and a schedule pauses itself if payments keep failing.
Limits and misuse
We set limits on the size and number of purchases for safety. We may pause or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to attack the service.
When things go wrong
See our refund policy. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by networks, electricity companies, payment providers or other suppliers, beyond refunding money for a purchase we could not deliver.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
