Privacy policy

MyPadi collects only what it needs to run your account and complete your purchases.

What we collect

• Your name, email and phone number, and your password (handled by our sign-in provider; we never see it in plain text).
• The numbers, meters and accounts you buy for, and numbers you save as beneficiaries.
• Your purchases, receipts and messages in the chat, so we can show your history and sort out problems.
• For repeat payments, a secure token for your card and its last four digits. We never store your full card number or PIN.

Who we share it with

• Paystack takes your card payment.
• VTpass delivers airtime, data, electricity, TV, internet and exam pins. We send them what they need for that purchase, such as the number or meter.
• Neon hosts our sign-in and database, and Netlify hosts the app.

We do not sell your information.

Security

Connections are encrypted. Tokens and PINs from a purchase are shown only to you on your receipt. Access to our admin tools is restricted and logged.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account. We may keep purchase records where the law or fraud prevention requires it.
